When you fill out the application form on our site, we collect:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Qualification responses — your advisor role, experience with business owner clients, and current practice goals

We do not collect payment information, government ID, or any other sensitive personal data through this site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

• Review your application and determine whether our services are a fit for your practice
• Contact you by email or phone to schedule a discovery call
• Follow up if you've expressed interest but haven't booked a call

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Cookies and Tracking

We use the following third-party tools that may place cookies or tracking pixels on your device when you visit our site:

• Meta Pixel — tracks page views and form submissions to measure ad performance on Facebook and Instagram. Governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Clarity — records anonymized session data (heatmaps, scroll depth, click behaviour) to help us improve the page experience. No personally identifiable information is captured. Governed by Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

CRM and Data Storage

Submitted applications are stored in GoHighLevel (GHL), our CRM platform. GoHighLevel processes data in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Your data is stored securely and only accessed by Gilas team members.

Your Rights (PIPEDA)

As a Canadian resident, you have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), including the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent and request deletion of your data

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. If you have not engaged with us within 12 months of submitting your application, your data is removed from our active CRM pipeline.
